How do I find my ring size?
Tell us a size in any common standard (US, EU, JP, HK) or measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits well. If you're unsure, we'll walk you through a simple measurement by email before anything is made.
What can be engraved inside the band?
Names, initials, dates and short messages, subject to the space available on the band. We send the exact wording for confirmation. Spelling is checked with you before engraving starts.
How long does a ring take?
Most rings are made after your order is confirmed. Typical bench time is a few weeks depending on the design, plus international delivery. We give you a realistic estimate for your specific ring before you commit.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide to most destinations. Before making begins, we confirm delivery availability, expected timing and any local import requirements for your address, so there are no surprises.
Can I return a personalized ring?
Because engraved and made-to-order pieces are personal to you, we confirm every specification before work starts rather than relying on returns. If something arrives damaged or not as agreed, contact us and we will make it right.
