The public site is delivered over encrypted HTTPS and is intentionally simple, with no customer sign-in or direct payment form.
Responsible reporting
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting timetraces.net, please email support@timetraces.net with a clear description. Do not access other people's information, disrupt the service or perform destructive testing.
What to include
- The affected page or feature
- Steps that reproduce the issue
- The likely impact and any supporting screenshots
Private business systems
Internal business integrations are restricted to timetraces' own accounts, authorized operators and the minimum required access. Administrative connections use encryption, credentials are kept outside the public website, and these systems are not offered as a public application or service.
Customer safety
timetraces will never ask you to send account passwords or full payment-card details by ordinary email. Payment instructions, if offered, will be confirmed as part of an order conversation.
